Our shades ship via motor freight. Because of their weight and size, shade structures can’t ship by UPS or FedEx. For freight charges, please phone us toll free at (877) 840-0707. Please note that orders may require approximately 4 – 5 weeks to process and ship via motor freight, sometimes sooner. Our offices observe all national holidays and most religious holidays.
Return Policy
Our shade structures are guaranteed to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with your shade, or it does not meet your needs, you may refund it for the purchase price of the item. Please note that Shade Structures USA does not pay for the cost of return shipping unless there’s a manufacturing defect or our employees made a mistake in ordering your unit(s); simple changes in color preference or size needs would place the cost of returning the item, on the customer.
