Shade structures in square and rectangle designs bring maximum shade to your premises with minimal physical obstruction. Many standard sizes are available (as seen in the chart below), as well as custom shade structures build to your specifications. Our shade structures are industrial strength, meaning that they resist winds blowing at speeds up to 80 mph, and their steel frames are rated up to 150 mph. Please note: The sizes shown above do not cover our full line of structures — custom units can be designed to fit your needs and playground. Also, prices listed are for shade structures with quick-release “glide elbow” systems, located at the top of each vertical post (the recommended configuration for seasonal removal of shade fabric), with in-ground mount (secured with concrete). Finally, the shade height shown is the height of the outside edge of the shade above ground level. This height does not include any depth needed below ground level, to account for playground surfacing materials.
