Sometimes, we can give you a general estimate just from a phone conversation. Other times, a site visit may be necessary to give you an exact figure. We can e-mail or fax you an estimate in writing, usually within 2 – 3 days (although custom shade structures may need 5 – 7 days to give you an official estimate on).
