Umbrella shade structures are available in a wide variety of designs. We offer umbrella shades that are stationary, retractable, motorized -- even a new line of umbrella shade structures that rotate to follow the sun. These shade structures are great for casting a wide shadow with minimal presence, because they only use one vertical post. These umbrella-shaped shade structures block out the sun from reaching clients and visitors. They also keep temperatures down by creating areas of shade. The manufacturer designs the shades to industrial strength, so they'll stand up in winds up to 80 mph. (The shades' steel structures are rated up to 150 mph.) Features: The umbrella shade structures have a pyramid-design top with a sturdy, single center post. You get maximum shade with minimal physical intrusion from the vertical posts: there's only one post, and it's located in the middle of the structure.
